NAD+ units on a U-100 syringe
With a 500mg vial and 2ml of bacteriostatic water the mix is 250mg per ml, so every 10 units holds 25mg. Change the vial or the water in the calculator above and the units update.
| Dose | Units to draw (500mg + 2ml) | Volume |
|---|---|---|
| 12.5mg | 5 units | 0.05ml |
| 25mg | 10 units | 0.1ml |
| 50mg | 20 units | 0.2ml |
| 75mg | 30 units | 0.3ml |
| 100mg | 40 units | 0.4ml |

Common questions
How many units is 25mg of NAD+?
With a 500mg vial mixed in 2ml, 25mg is 10 units on a U-100 insulin syringe. With 3ml of water it would be 15 units: more water means more units for the same dose, which is easier to measure for small doses.
How much bacteriostatic water do I add to a 500mg vial of NAD+?
2ml is the common default; anywhere from 2ml to 3ml is fine. More water doesn’t change the dose, only how many units it takes to draw it. See mixing a vial.
What if I miss a NAD+ dose?
Never double up. Skip it and take the next one at your usual time. The missed doses guide has the rule for each peptide. Dose-day emails above come with an “I took it” button so you never have to wonder.
